SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time through trusted courier partners.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping across Pan-India for all orders valued above 10,000 INR.

Orders below 10,000 INR: A standard shipping fee will apply, calculated based on the precise weight of the consignment at checkout.

Delivery Timeline: Depending on the selected design, pattern intricacy, and fabric availability, dispatch takes between 5 to 20 business days. While we endeavor to deliver promptly, delays due to unforeseen logistical events out of our control may occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)
We partner with reliable global courier networks to deliver worldwide. Please select your specific country/zone at checkout.

Shipping Rates: International shipping fees vary based on your geographic location and total package weight.

Delivery Timeline: Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Delivery timelines may extend depending on local customs clearance processes.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country must be paid directly by the customer to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.

Non-Delivery Liability: If an international customer refuses to clear mandated customs duties or fails to collect the parcel from the shipping agency, Casa di Hiba will not be liable to issue any refund for that order.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

SIZE-ONLY EXCHANGES (DOMESTIC ORDERS)
We take pride in our garments, but we understand that the perfect fit is essential. We offer exchanges strictly for sizes ONLY on standard-sized web items.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Requests received after 3 days will not be entertained.

How to Initiate: Send an email to info@casadihiba.com or drop a message on WhatsApp at +91 81 90006 906. Ship the item back to our address with a brief note stating your required size.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are entirely non-refundable.

Important Recommendation: If you are returning an item valued over Rs. 2,500, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

POLICY EXCLUSIONS (NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS ALLOWED)

Customized Orders: Any product made to custom measurements or personalized design specifications is ineligible for exchange or return.

Style/Color Changes: We do not offer exchanges for different styles, designs, or colors.

Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional sales or markdown events cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any international shipments unless the product delivered was inherently defective or an incorrect size/item was mistakenly shipped by us.

Color Disclaimer: Please note that digital screens and monitors display colors differently. While we strive to show our fabrics accurately, slight color variations are normal and do not qualify as product defects.

REFUND POLICY
Casa di Hiba maintains a strict no monetary refund policy.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or manufacturing-defective item from our end, we will issue a Credit Note.

Once your return item is received at our facility and passes physical inspection, we will notify you via Email/WhatsApp. Eligible credit notes will be initiated within 5 working days.

To be eligible for inspection and subsequent credit, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the exact original condition and packaging in which you received it.
